YOUR ADMINISTRATION
Admin Overview
The administrative staff works across departments to coordinate patient visits, manage paperwork, and help with insurance and billing questions. Their role is to make sure that the basic logistics of care—like getting scheduled, checking in, and accessing records—are handled in an organized and timely way. While not clinical, their work is essential in helping patients move through the system without confusion or unnecessary delays.
