PRACTICE ADMINISTRATOR
Thuy Nguyen
Pronounced “Twee,” Thuy has been with Kern Vascular Center since its founding and currently serves as our dedicated Practice Administrator. Before joining the team, Thuy spent 16 years teaching and tutoring math to junior high school students—often giving up her lunch breaks to support her students’ success.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of California, Riverside in 1997, and went on to receive her math teaching credential (CLAD) from California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2001. Her years of experience in diverse educational settings have shaped her into a patient, compassionate, and understanding leader—qualities she brings to her role every day.
Thuy is known for her warmth, kindness, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, singing, and traveling internationally with her family.
Administration
Our administrative staff supports both front desk and back-end operations—from welcoming patients and scheduling visits to managing billing, records, and insurance. They ensure a smooth and efficient experience from check-in to follow-up.
Vascular Surgery
Experts in diagnosing and treating vein and artery conditions through both surgical and minimally invasive techniques.
Radiology
Our Radiology Department provides essential diagnostic imaging such as ultrasound, X-ray, and vascular Doppler studies. These tools help physicians diagnose and monitor a wide range of conditions quickly and accurately.
Clinic
Our vascular clinic specializes in evaluating and managing vascular conditions through thorough consultations, non-invasive diagnostics, and personalized treatment planning. We work closely with imaging and interventional teams to ensure seamless, coordinated care.
Catherization Lab
The Cath Lab performs minimally invasive procedures like angiograms, angioplasty, and stent placements to diagnose and treat vascular conditions. Real-time imaging allows precise, image-guided care.
